I ordered this several years ago and had it working perfect. I recently bought a new machine and purchased a new copy and I get the same not connected to internet message, cannot get in touch with IT Support for the program and get no email response either. I believe they just are stealing our money at this point and am requesting a refund from paypal for what I spent on this a month ago and still does not work.
I haven't been able to activate either. I get a message saying I have no Internet connection, even though I am on the Internet at other sites, when I try. When I try the offline activation option, the shortcut tells me it won't open on any computer I try it on.
I have not been able to activate this software. Please advise.
